Forthcoming events:

The Options document has been completed and will shortly be available for consultation. The Options Document and associated Feedback form can be found on the “Associated Documents” Page.

 

Following the Spring 2017 Community questionnaire we are currently assessing the results to inform the Policies Options Document in readyness for the Options Document open days and consultations, the dates of which will be announced closer to the time.

Previous events:

Resulting from input gathered at the Nov 2015 Walk in  sessions further options and questions  are being formulated. It was hoped that these would be distributed to the community for consideration in the first quarter of 2016. However due to various issues raised by some Parishioners the time frame has been delayed.  We now hope to issue the final questionnaire by early 2017.  Various surveys have been completed during 2016 and reports produced by independant consultants, Click here to view these documents.

 

 

A Design Statement Workshop and Walk in Session Was held in the Village Hall on

Three Drop in events were held during November 2015, they were:-

Wednesday evening 11th November in Stanton Drew Village Hall.         Saturday morning 14th November at the Community Cafe in St Mary the Virgin Church.                                                                                                        Sunday morning 22nd November in Stanton Drew Village Hall.

Presentation to Parish Council on 9th July 2015

The Parish questionnaire was distributed to every Household in the Parish during March 2015, the final date for returning completed questionnaire`s was the 10th April 2015.

Sunday 28th September 2014 – 11.00 am – Village Hall – Presentation on progress followed by question & answer sessions

Wednesday 24th September 2014 – 7.30 pm – Village Hall – Presentation on progress followed by question & answer sessions

Saturday 19th July 2014 – 2.00 pm to 5 pm – Stanton Drew Flower Show – Steering Committee Members have a stand at the show and welcome visitors

Saturday 9th August 2014 – 10.00 am to 1200 noon – Community Cafe in St Mary’s Church – Steering Committee Members will be available for a chat.
